Electrical Systems for United Community Bank’s New Headquarters

The UCB Bank Headquarters is a newly completed six-story building located in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC, in the Camperdown development. It serves as the corporate headquarters for United Community Bank, which recently opened its doors to employees and customers in this state-of-the-art facility. The building offers stunning views of Falls Park and the Reedy River, adding a beautiful backdrop to its modern design. The new headquarters represents a $65 million investment and will bring over 300 employees to downtown Greenville.

Southern MEP provided the complete electrical infrastructure for United Community Bank’s new six-story downtown headquarters in the Camperdown development, including a state of the art lighting system. The building, which covers 118,000 square feet, is a centerpiece in the heart of Greenville, offering stunning views of Falls Park and the Reedy River. This electrical project ensures that the facility operates efficiently, providing seamless power distribution for the bank's offices, conference rooms, and public spaces.
