Jianna, a popular modern Italian restaurant located in downtown Greenville, SC, required a high-performance mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system to support its fast-paced kitchen and upscale dining environment. Southern MEP provided a full suite of services, including HVAC installations, ductwork, and tenant upfits to ensure an efficient and comfortable space for both staff and guests. 

We also implemented building controls, refrigerant piping, and planned maintenance to optimize energy use and maintain the restaurant’s high standards. Using BIM coordination, we worked closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of all systems.

These upgrades were vital for Jianna to continue serving the Greenville community with a modern, comfortable dining space where people can gather, enjoy great Italian food, and create lasting memories.
